Sea Cadets

WINSA supports two Sea Cadet programs which introduce American boys and girls to naval life in an effort to develop personal pride, patriotism, courage, and self-reliance. The TS Abingdon cadets are the Navy League Cadet Corp (NLCC) and are for 11 to 14 year youth.  The Navy Sea Cadets (NSCC), Vollrath Division are for 14 to 18 year olds.  Sea Cadets are authorized by the Secretary of the Navy to wear Navy uniforms appropriately marked with the Sea Cadet Corps insignia. The NLCC drill on the first and third Saturday of the month at the Aviation Heritage Center (Sheboygan County Airport) while the NSCC are just now being formed now.
